Product Reviews
Bought the tire in Spring 2016, drove in rain and no noticeable hydroplaning. On dry road, what can I say, great traction, no problem. The tires are very quiet during cruising speed on the highway. Steering is very responsive with these tires. So far with 10,000 miles, the tires still looks brand new with little or less noticeable treadwear. Recently had a snow storm in Northern Ohio and the tires performed excellent in the snow, the tires has a excellent traction and a good bite on the road. Stopping distance on the snow is short with minimal slide during braking. Very good grip on the snowy road during acceleration with minimal slide doing a turn. So far I'm happy and satisfied with these tires. Great tires to have in areas that gets snow. Have not tried it on icy road yet, but the weather in Northern Ohio can be unpredictable during winter months. We will see how it will perform on icy roads. Will update. I would recommend this tire and will buy it again.
Good
I have been in FL, OH, SD, MA. These tires have been great. Can handle heavy monsoon rain. Grip in snow is excellent. Quiet on highway. Have not found any issues with them. Bought in 9/2011. Now have 29.3k miles on them. Wear is a little high. Tread dept new 11/32. I am now at 5/32. Wont make anywhere near 80,000 but then again I have been pulling a U Haul trailer a lot in the past year. Time to go play in the snow.
The Continental tires I have are great. The performance I get out of them is like the first day I had them put on, but 10 months later.
